My room was beautiful. It was clean and well stocked. The pool, gym , jacuzzi and sauna were lovely. The staff were polite and friendly. I always felt that had there been an issue I could have raised it and it would have been dealt with. There were no issues. Everything worked perfectly. Superb value for money

I love everything about the hotel . The staffs were very friendly and professional. I told them ahead that it was my birthday and they left a very cute note and chocolate in the room for me. The room was very charming, a lot bigger than some of the other rooms we have stayed in Europe. The staff is amazing, the restrauant was fantastic. I was so suprised by how good the food in England was. Very much a foodie experience. The area is very charming as well. We were not in Southampton long, we were there to get on a crusie. We will definently stay there again.
