Great roads, you can get most places quickly.
Great roads, you can get most places quickly. A very green town with lots of trees and grassed areas. Good shopping centre and a great central location for visiting other local places such as Birmingham and Stratford upon Avon for example.

The town offers most if not everything you would want on a trip away. It’s close to Stratford-upon-Avon birthplace of Shakespeare that comes alive at 10am. Easy to spend a couple of days there with activities. People present friendly and the town feels safe.

A good town with a lot of big stores.
A good town with a lot of big stores. 2 Wetherpoons and a good kebab shop(Pepenos) opposite the royal enfield wetherspoons. If this is your thing, you can't go wrong. All of this just a couple of hundred yards from the holiday inn express

Redditch is a pleasent town.
Redditch is a pleasent town. The hotel is near the centre and importantly the station. The hotel could be cleaner with rubbish left in the corridor overnight. I had the feeling that the staff were not very enthusiastic about their employment and the guests they looked after. Upper management needed to spend some time to look how the hotel had degraded and make sure staff enjoyed the environment that they worked in and what it meant to work in the hotel trade. It is very important to keep tables and the buffet area clean, the foyers clear of cigarette buts and corridors clear of pizza boxes and Mc Donald bags. Just these small things would bring the hotel back to its previous excellent level..

I think the staff can be a bit more helpful and maybe the right attitude to work will go a long way in making visitors feel more welcome.
The hotel is a bit dated and facilities could be better. We used the Jacuzzi and noticed it hasn’t been properly cleaned. The facilities are basic and not much to todays standards.
You also have to request to have a fridge in you room which I find a bit surprising. Most hotels nowadays have small fridges in Rooms for guests to use.
The gardens are nice and well kept and the hotel has walks close by which was a big bonus. Very good location but sadly there wasn’t a swimming pool although there’s a jacuzzi to use if you book it in.
The hotel is a really nice building from the outside, unfortunately the rooms are a little rough around the edges once you start looking closer. However, it is definitely good value for your money, and was good for us as we were only staying one night. It's surrounded by nice wooded area. The biggest highlight of the whole stay were the staff, from the reception to the restaurant we've had an excellent customer service throughout that felt very personal. I would definitely come again just for a cheap one night away.
Lovely little hotel, newly refurbished and looking great. Staff are very friendly and helpful and don't be put off by the two star rating, it was much better than that! Would stay here again and would recommend to people too. Short walk into the town centre too. A gem of a find.
This is a non-nonsense hotel, and if you need to be in this part of Redditch for work then it does the job. The check-in process was nice and friendly, and the member of staff was happy to help me set the heating in the room to meet my preference when I asked for help with it.
Brilliant location for access into Commonwealth Games: 5-min walk to train station with direct trains to University, Cadbury World, centre of Birmingham.
New hotel - everything clean and working well. Great breakfast. Free car park. Fantastic value for money.
It’s in the middle of a really beautiful rural area, which looked especially wonderful this May. The hotel itself has a series of individual en suite motel rooms at the back of the main house. Breakfast and eating meals i the dining RHH
This is good solid citizen Travel Lodge level of accommodation attached to a pub. Room is spacious and exactly what you would expect for the budget end of the hotel market. Price was very good
