Inicio Stays - Cosy Penthouse in the City Centre - Free Secure Parking - With City & Canal Views - Wrap Around Balcony -... Lovely apartment! We stayed for the weekend for an event at the Utilia Arena. It was a very short walk along the canal and we were there! A small walk the other way (10/15 mins) and we were in the middle of the shopping centre! Fab location but also quiet at the same time. Inicio Stays were very helpful, friendly and replied to any enquires very quickly. The apartment itself is very well presented, lovely little balcony and the kitchen was fully equipped to cook as you pleased. I would definitely return if I was looking to go to Birmingham again!
