Vam arribar ben entrada la matinada i ens van atendre perfectament. L’habitació tenia de tot i molt ben cuidada i neta. L’hotel està molt ben situat, a dos minuts caminant del centre comercial Bullring i de l’estació de tren, i a cinc minuts de la zona més cèntrica. L’allotjament ha complert les expectatives i la relació qualitat-preu és insuperable. No vam agafar esmorzar de manera que no puc valorar-lo, però les instal·lacions i el personal de 10.

The concierge was very helpful in guiding us over the phone to find the entrance. They Also advised about parking since our stay was during the Commonwealth Games. The rooms were of a good size with ample wardrobe space. The breakfast spread is fine and there's a nifty coffee machine too (Beware of the tiny cups. We had to come down with the mugs we had in the room to reduce taking many trips). There's an ESB Energy electric car charging station just outside with 2 Type-2 ports.

Located in Birmingham, The Brolly Works provides city views and free WiFi, 500 m from Bullring Shopping Centre and 1.7 km from Birmingham Back to Backs. Partner and I booked this place to stay as we was attending an event locally and didnt want to travel home after. The apartment was great. Had everything we needed to self cater, feeling homely, and in such a perfect location. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, and bars. Parking is secure, and I was pleased knowing I could leave my car parked where it was. Constant communication from the owners. Will 100% rebook again if attending other gigs!! Just 2 questions! Where did you get the mattress from because it's unbelievably comfy!!! For my liking anyway. And the blanket in the cupboard. Where did you get that from? Softest thing, perfect to snuggle up on the sofa in the colder months.😀

Clean room, new bedding, generous selection of new utensils provided, facilities open 24hrs, super friendly staff, loved the ability to accommodate my diet and cook healthy foods in the communal kitchen. Tesco is opposite and 2 restaurants that are open very late into the night are located downstairs. Excellent connection to the rest of the city by bus. oh and the AC was strong enough to keep my room very cool despite the high summer temperatures outside. Price was great too. I particularly liked the in-house reading room which was a selling point for me.
