The hotel was clean, so comfortable and the staff were so lovely! the grounds in which they are also were amazing and with the beautiful weddings going on too, really made it such a beautiful place to stay. the parking was great and the location to get to the city centre and Cadbury world was great. we will stay here again next time we visit Birmingham.

Wish I had more days to spend in this stunning historic building. I loved everything about it. Couldn’t have found a better place or location. Staff is most helpful and polite. SCA - Best Located Studio - CR1 is located in the Edgbaston district of Birmingham, 2 km from Brindleyplace, 2.6 km from Gas Street Basin and 1.9 km from Arena Birmingham. We booked this accommodation for two nights due to our daughter living very close by so location was just excellent. Very good communication with letting company throughout, we had a small problem with the retainer for any damage but a quick call to the letting company sorted this out. Parking is in the quiet street but ample spaces. Its a digital lock for the main outside door and flat door and you are sent the code just before entry time at 3pm, in the email it explains what do, its all very easy. The room its self was very clean and had everything you need for a weekend stay or longer, bed was very comfortable, good storage.The bathroom had a good waterfall shower,also room was kept nice and warm which was great as it was -3 outside. Will differently be using again.
