All of the staff were so friendly and welcoming from the desk, bar, housekeeping. Definitely a credit to the hotel. Location was perfect. Room was lovely and clean.

Well located, beds, pillows and bathrooms were comfortable and clean, staff was helpful and kind! Liked the privacy of the bunk beds (little curtains :))

The email communication with beautiful lady Klara who made our stay so much enjoable as she provided us with an earlier check-in, our journey was exhausting since we were travelling from 2am that day. She was very helpful and we are so grateful for her responsive and friendly attitude. Contacless check-in was very comfortable, too. The apartment was right in the city centre and it features everything necessary - fully furnished kitchen, cosy living room, comfy beds, two bathrooms. Heating and wifi were working perfectly. THANK YOU. We will definitely come back again.
