Less than 1.5 miles from Edinburgh Waverley Rail Station and the city centre, Edinburgh House Hotel has en suite rooms. The price is OK. The staff is friendly and helpful. Our room was tidy, not so small and apparently recently renewed. Tea, coffee and boiler. What more can one ask for an attractive price ?

Located 300 metres from the Omni Centre, Destiny Scotland - Broughton St Lofts offers free WiFi and apartments fitted with a kitchen, seating area and flat-screen TV. The location is absolutely perfect - in walking distance to the main station and very close to all attractions. Many cafés and restaurants nearby (also a market). The apartment is beautifully decorated, It has two bathrooms. It´s very clean, very easy to heat, and the bed is very comfortable. Windows are well sealed so it´s very silent at night - you don´t hear any noises of neighbours in the building either.... Check in and check out is very easy.

Really friendly welcome - was provided with a map and an explanation of places that we might want to visit during our stay. They also gave us a bit of whiskey as a welcome to Scotland. Very comfortable and private accommodation. Other guests in house were very quiet and respectful of noise etc.

We were so happy to step into the rental, it was clean, bright and spacious. Our two boys each had their own room- which they loved, and there were two large bathrooms available as well. The kitchen was well stocked, with even a decent array of tea, instant coffee and a coffee press available. The check in instructions were great, the washing machine was a nice plus. The couch was a favorite chill spot in the evenings, and the table was a lovely spot to have breakfast & dinner at. We only used the public transit a few times, otherwise we walked, but it was close to the rental. It looks like the owner/manager has a lot of pride in the apartment. We recommend eating at Cilantro, Bodega and Ada- all were delicious, within a 5 minute walk, and had very friendly service.

We visited 1 Belleview Terrace for the Fringe Festival and the location is perfect! The apartment is spacious, elegantly decorated, and just exquisite. We absolutely loved our stay and appreciate the owners communication, and quick response. Cannot recommend enough. Will be back next year!!
