When we arrived, the property was very beautiful with a lot of great artworks and decorations. It was clean and comfortable, and we felt really happy and lucky. However, just a little later, we found that the freezer was covered in ice and unusable, the stovetop was not working, and later discovered the washing machine was full of clothes. I tried to contact the management, but they responded very late and told me they will send someone over to look the next day. And we were checking out the next day. It was really disappointing and unprofessional.

Very clean, host was very fast at responding! Beds are really comfortable. Great location also, really close to shops and great restaurants. Check in was super easy. Glasgow Youth Hostel offers 4-star VisitScotland accredited accommodation in a Victorian townhouse overlooking Kelvingrove Park in Glasgow’s lively West End, close to award-winning Kelvingrove Art... The interior style of the whole building was beautiful, there were multiple cosy and spacy common rooms, common kitchen with a lot of space, gas stove, microwave etc. The staff was helpful and kind, and the location is perfect.
