Such attention to detail in the rooms, just what a traveler needs—a super comfortable bed, a strong warm shower, a quiet environment, easy access to restaurants, shops, transportation—and then so much more with the fluffy robes and towels, complimentary coffee and tea, quality amenities! Receptionists were welcoming, warm, and friendly. Larissa went out of her way to accommodate us for an early drop off of our luggage.

Very comfortable room and great service. Bed was comfortable, even had comfortable pillows, which is usually a challenge for me. Breakfast was delicious. We've stayed at two Firmdale hotels now in London, liked them both. This one had a great location, walkable to many places.

Located in the Camden district of London, Ridgemount Hotel features accommodation with a garden and free WiFi. It was fine :) staff was friendly and nice. I only took a toast with butter- it was nice :)

The interior was really beautiful. Location is great, very close to all the major attractions, as well as has great public transport accessibility. The staff was super welcoming and kind.

Friendly staff. Comfortable comforters and pillows, beautiful view from the windows, perfect location, towel warmers and crushed ice in the ice machine.

In London's buzzing district of Fitzrovia, Radisson Blu, Grafton offers luxury, boutique accommodation on Tottenham Court Road. The stylish hotel has a modern restaurant and free WiFi. They were able to accommodate a very early check-in as I was arriving in London at 6-7am and wanted to get my room to take a shower etc etc (i.e., not just drop my bags off). Location is super convenient right next to Warren Street tube station, and is 5min walkable distance to Euston / Euston Square stations too.
