The hotel staff cannot do enough to help you enjoy your stay - the manager we had for the majority of our time, Alexandra, was literally invaluable for advice and help with anything and all the staff were so friendly, efficient and accomodating - they obviously enjoy their jobs and it shows!

The Malmaison was BY FAR the best. Extremely clean, nice staff, stylish design, fantastic location, quiet street, amazing shower, comfy bed, blackout curtains, great shampoo & body wash -- I can literally go on all day with compliments for this hotel. 10/10 experience.

El Zetter es un peculiar hotel georgiano situado en una pintoresca plaza empedrada de Clerkenwell, Londres. The staff were very helpful and friendly, a tasty breakfast in the mornings and lovely cocktails in the evening. Perfect after a busy day working in the city.
