The hotel staff cannot do enough to help you enjoy your stay - the manager we had for the majority of our time, Alexandra, was literally invaluable for advice and help with anything and all the staff were so friendly, efficient and accomodating - they obviously enjoy their jobs and it shows!

Extremely clean, nice staff, stylish design, fantastic location, quiet street, amazing shower, comfy bed, blackout curtains, great shampoo & body wash -- I can literally go on all day with compliments for this hotel. 10/10 experience.
