Featuring a two Michelin star restaurant and a stunning spa, the luxury Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London overlooks Hyde Park and Knightsbridge. It is a beautiful hotel. The room was clean and very comfortable. The location is excellent and close to Harrods and a tube station. The staff and doormen were friendly and helpful. We were provided with complementary champagne and a cake was provided for my husband's birthday.

I really don’t understand all the bad reviews- this is not fair at all. During our stay - the elevators work without a problem, breakfast was simple and the same every day , but quite tasty and sufficient, the Wi-Fi was the best I have ever had in a hotel. Not to mention the staff. They and the very central and great location are the strongest points of this hotel.

The luxurious Cheval Knightsbridge apartments are within 5 minutes’ walk of Harrods and the Victoria and Albert Museum. I would love to give this beautiful townhome MORE than a 5 star rating. Everything was perfect for our family while we were in London for the week. Easy access. We used Uber for transportation, and there was always a driver within less than 3 minutes. Delightful restaurants nearby. Close proximity to the Victoria and Albert Museum and Harrods. The office staff were welcoming and responded to all of our questions and needs.
