I ended up being more than impressed. Keeping in mind that it's not a 5-star hotel, you can't beat the value for money here. I had lost my passport and phone charger just before getting here, and the man working the counter helped both to make the journey less stressful and gave us tips to get to the stadium in time for the match that was starting in 45 minutes. The individual was an absolute gem of a human being who seemed truly genuine.
