It has been sensitively restored this year, with the aim of providing a premium, contemporary English inn, with sophisticated charm and historic character. The building features a 17th century fireplace and exposed beams, it also has free WiFi and free on-site parking.

The room was large, very clean and a huge bed. Lots of nice extras in the room like coffee pods, biscuits a small glass of sloe gin each. Very quiet and breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices.

    The location was perfect, the hosts were exceptional. just the little extras that made this bed n breakfast standout including fresh fruit in room, home made condiments at brekky and the knowledge of the area shared freely over chats at brekky we loved.

    Excellent accommodation, great value for the short stay. The host was very cooperative. The location was quiet and cozy and at the same time a short walk from the town center. Would come back again in the future if possible.
