Victorian era property set in Bowness-on-Windermere, a 10 minute walk from the edge of Lake Windermere. Each room has an ensuite bathroom, free WIFI, a TV and drink making facilities.

The location is amazing as it is so close to the lake and it is easy to travel to other attractions. The on-site parking is a plus especially in a busy tourist location with limited public parking. The owners are so friendly and welcoming and the rooms are comfortable and clean.

From the moment we arrived for our two night stay, our welcome was exceptional, the owners are absolutely phenominal, nothing was too much to ask they went above and beyond our expectations in their service to their guests. Therefore, we HIGHLY recommend the FELLVIEW GUEST HOUSE for anyone looking for accommodation in Bowness-on-Windermere. Our room was exceptionally clean; location approximately 10 mins from village.. What did we like? EVERYTHING and we will definately return to the FELLVIEW GUEST HOUSE and we will recommend this property to all our friends and family in Canada. PLS CORRECT YOUR INFORMATION AS WE STAYED 2 NIGHTS NOT 1 - JULY 16 & 17th

First time in UK and first time in Windermere. My wife and I stayed in 5 different hotels in UK during our 2 weeks in UK. This is our top 1. We spent 1 night here. Breakfast is awesome with really good taste and a variety of choices. Room is nice, host is a very nice person. Everything is so good and we will definitely come back and stay here again if we visit Windermere again in the future.
