First time in UK and first time in Windermere. My wife and I stayed in 5 different hotels in UK during our 2 weeks in UK. This is our top 1. We spent 1 night here. Breakfast is awesome with really good taste and a variety of choices. Room is nice, host is a very nice person. Everything is so good and we will definitely come back and stay here again if we visit Windermere again in the future.

Clare and Robert were amazing hosts, very attentive and readily giving advice on the region. The location is very good only 10 minutes walking distance from the center and several restaurants while still being very quiet. The best part was the breakfast which you could select each evening from various options. The rooms are super clean and I slept very well in the comfy beds

The accommodation was a short walk to town, quiet, and an exceptionally comfortable place to stay. A home away from home. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast, especially the yogurt with berry compote (we will miss having this for breakfast every morning).

Hosts Adam and Symmoane are very welcoming and their hospitality is second to none. would highly recommend. We knew that there was no cooked breakfast but I’m glad that didn’t put us off because the continental breakfast was beautiful and plenty to chose from and all fresh. The home made jars of yoghurt and berries were delicious.

It is within walking distance to the town and the ferry. The hosts were very attentive and knowledgeable about the local area, and helped with lots of suggestions for our trips. The room was a lovely size and well presented with lots of extra little touches like texting us when our room was ready. It felt like we were staying with friends.
