Crossways was an absolute delight and exceeded my expectations. I came to Cheltenham for a workshop and stayed here on my own for a night. Mark and his lovely wife were so helpful in getting my car sorted with a permit in the morning when I arrived and the room was lovely with a bathrobe, slippers, tv and all the bits to make tea and coffee (they even put me in a bigger room!). Breakfast was great as I got to pick exactly what I wanted from the menu and had a lovely chat with them both. I really felt so at home and cosy and I will definitely stay here again when I come back to Cheltenham. Thank you guys!

The bed in my room was THE most comfortable bed. I stayed at the London Hilton the previous 2 nights and the bed was as had as a brick!!! So delighted at the London Inn

The suite was exceptionally clean. The WiFi was reliable and readily available with the password being clearly displayed in the room. The suite had a good shower and some kitchen facilities such as a microwave, with plates, etc. provided. The bed was comfortable and I slept well for the 2 nights I stayed. It's a central location, so an easy walk into town for dinner.

The location was brilliant - just a short walk into town and it was on a lovely and very quiet street. The house itself was a beautiful Regency building with lovely, interesting and artistic decor. The owners were very nice and extremely helpful and the breakfast was excellent. Would definitely stay there again if I revisit Cheltenham.
