The house is in a fabulous quiet location with parking for 2 cars. Easy access to Solihull, Birmingham, Stratford etc. The house is absolutely sparkly clean and extremely comfortable. Everything that we needed to accommodate our stay was provided. We will be staying there again - it will be my first choice and hopefully will be available when we need it next.

The location was perfect for my trip to Solihull. I could park at the property which was a great bonus. The room was spotlessly clean and well-furbished. I travelled during the heatwave and it was such a nice touch to see fan working in the room. There was also a bottle of water waiting for me. The bathroom had a powerful shower, great and I could use the towels that were put into my room. These are small touches but made the property exceptional. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

great location and central to many local shops, restaurants and pretty much everything! it was also super clean and Monica was a fab host always checking in to see if we needed anything!!

Amazing place to stay ! Super hosts that were friendly and helpful. Gorgeous room and excellent breakfast. Only a 3 min train ride to the NEC ! Perfect place & so quaint and beautiful x

Comfortable room and made welcome by owner of guest house . We would definitely stay at this guest house again if we come back to Birmingham. Transport near to house which made it easy to get around

The rooms were great. The included breakfast was delicious. Having the attached pub was so convenient-we had all our meals there, very good.
