The rooms were really comfortable and perfect for me and my son. We would hang in my room in the evening and play tri-dominoes. All the staff were super friendly and made us feel very welcome at all times. Breakfast was included in the room price they make a very good sausage and egg muffin! The hotel is 2 minutes from Dorridge railway station that runs trains down to London (in two hours) and up to Birmingham and beyond. There is a Sainsburys right next door (for stocking up on snacks). The Forest is placed in the perfect location! I would definitely stay there again.

We spent almost 2 weeks there and the host is absolutely amazing! Very helpful, giving us a lot of suggestions to discover Birmingham area! The house are clean and well prepared (you dont have to buy a lot of groceries), it comes with a private parking which is good for group travel/biz travel.

The location was perfect for my trip to Solihull. I could park at the property which was a great bonus. The room was spotlessly clean and well-furbished. I travelled during the heatwave and it was such a nice touch to see fan working in the room. There was also a bottle of water waiting for me. The bathroom had a powerful shower, great and I could use the towels that were put into my room. These are small touches but made the property exceptional. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Comfortable room and made welcome by owner of guest house . We would definitely stay at this guest house again if we come back to Birmingham. Transport near to house which made it easy to get around
