Gorgeous little garden! Perfect for a glass of wine in the evening. The room was decorated with very good taste and thoroughly for the guest's needs/comfort Breakfast was delicious! The host, David, was great, made it very easy to feel "at home". Friendly, professional, polite, always with a smile on his face!

Our best hotel experience of all hotels at the South coast of the UK! We had an amazing stay in this hotel and what a great hosts are Rich and Katie, no effort has been spared to make us feel like at home here. The room was cozy and beautiful furniture and the view was stunning. It was beautiful to sit on the balcony and see the ocean. We had a wonderful breakfast in the morning, down in the lobby and the homemade cakes were the best we've ever tasted. It were all kind of nice things that made our stay at sea view all the more perfect. We can highly recommend this hotel, in fact this was our best experience in all hotels that we've seen at the south coast of England. We have stayed at the Pilot Inn many times every time we visit England and my husband's cousin and family in Eastbourne. I love the beautiful decor inside and the food is delicious. The breakfast was also wonderful with many choices. The pub is in a great location for walking to the beach in Eastbourne. Also, it is a short drive to the Seven Sisters.

The location is perfect! Rooms are clean. Staffs are kind and friendly. Breakfast is good. It was one of the best places we stayed so far. We did not stay in a room with sea view, but you can definitely consider a room with view. The view of hotel is remarkable!

Breakfast was made to order and ready at the time you scheduled the night before. no time wasted from waiting to be seated, menu selection, or food prep. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Location along shoreline across from park and walking path made for delightful evening/morning strolls.
