A beautiful property so close to the best beach! We had an upper room with a balcony and a sea view, and it was lovely going to sleep, lulled by the sound of the sea. The staff were so accommodating and friendly. We chose a room with private bath in hall, and it was so comfortable - don't be afraid of that option since it is the best room in this amazing small hotel.

Great location in Falmouth near the beach but 10 mins from town center and restaurants. Comfortable room and bed and good WiFi. Breakfast was fabulous and it was good to be offered a bag to take a roll away for lunch. Plus a piece of wicked chocolate croissant bread pudding.
