The room had a private bathroom and was very clean and comfortable. My husband was in James Cook University Hospital so I stayed here to be close to the hospital. I felt safe the host was fantastic and even extended check out to 2pm as I couldn't visit the hospital before that time I would happily stay here again and definitely recommend it.

Kingswood is also in an excellent location just 1-2 mins away from the bus stop and 4-5 mins walk from Norton High Street with shops, cafes, and restaurants.
