All we needed was to book a clean double room in a hurry for a family emergency. What we got was more than perfect. Spacious, spotless, airy, relaxing, comfortable room with more extras than a high class hotel would offer. With family in the area we will definitely be back. Position great as even without a car there is a bus stop outside and it is an easy walk into Bedlington.

Staff were pleasant, helpful and cheerful. Nothing was a problem to them. Meals were excellent. Room was comfortable. Highly recommended them. I've stayed 3 times and will keep coming back when im in the UK.

Lovely little extras in the room and a nice surprise of a card and little gift on my birthday. It was ideal location close to lovely beach, plenty of pubs restaurants and takeaways to choose from. Nice quiet relaxing break.

Great communication from the host too.
