Lee and the other staff are extremely friendly and welcoming, always going above and beyond to make you feel at home. Piping hot cooked breakfast and great coffee. I would definitely stay here again when in the area.

Saltburn is an easy flat 5mile stroll away. The street was quiet and easy to find a parking soace and the hosts were really friend. I'd definitely recommend.

Very quiet so got a good nights sleep. Also has its own free parking which was great as for the street parking around the seafront you need a permit. Great stay overall

The area is very quiet but only a couple of minutes walk to the beach, town centre shops and pubs etc. A nice comfy double bed meant that I had a very sound night's sleep. Street parking is plentiful and free, you are provided with a resident permit which is really helpful. Finally Steve and Anne are fantastic hosts who made me feel very welcome- thanks to you both.
