The staff went above expectations to insure we had a great stay. Restaurant was exceptional. Neighborhood Lounge and bar was on premise. Bus stop at hotel entrance. Loved the thick walls and breakfast room decor. But the staff is what makes this an excellent place to stay. Location is about twelve miles out of Edinburgh and is in walking distance to Roslyn Chapel.

We had the best Indian food at Bombay Lounge. We went to a local pub and although it was packed we didn’t enjoy the food all all. 1/2 price breakfast at Morrison’s grocery. We only did 2 nights, but would have stayed longer.

The house was very pretty. The room was nice and spacious. The owner was incredibly funny, friendly and knowledgeable. The breakfast was an experience! Overall we had an incredible time at this house!

Amazing building. Wonderful and kind hostess with beautiful, spacious rooms, and a great bathroom. Seriously. The shower was brilliant. The couch, beds, and TV were lovely. Such bright and sunny windows. The place made it hard to leave and go explore the city.

Had a comfortable stay. The room is cleaned every day. There is some variety in breakfast options, including freshly cooked breakfast. The host is accommodating. The house is located close to bus stops with easy access to the town centre.

The staff was very very nice, it was in a quiet, beautiful area just a view minutes by bus from the city center. The bus station is only a view Meters from the property.
