The staff went above expectations to insure we had a great stay. Restaurant was exceptional. Neighborhood Lounge and bar was on premise. Bus stop at hotel entrance. Loved the thick walls and breakfast room decor. But the staff is what makes this an excellent place to stay. Location is about twelve miles out of Edinburgh and is in walking distance to Roslyn Chapel.

With its own Victorian tearoom, Chapel Cross Guest House is situated in the historic village of Roslin and 9 miles south from the scenic capital city of Edinburgh. Free on-site parking is available.

We were visiting Roslyn Chapel. Chapel Cross Guesthouse was about 500 m from the place.. Lovely rooms, warm , hot water, comfortable beds in both rooms. Lovely view from windows . Fantastic tea room on ground floor, where we had our breakfast. I am sure we will come back here.
