The owner was super friendly, helpful. The location for us was perfect, we visited the Castle and it was next to it. The breakfas was delicious, more than enough The room was comfortable, has place for our things. Adorable fornitures She put chocolate on our pillow every day, full off coofee, tea, etc. In total: everything was perfect

It is very well located, near the city centre and all touristic attractions. The hotel itself, built in an old house is nice and cozy. The room was small but very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was extremely kind and attentive, they helped us with our luggage, and explained us patiently how to get around the town. We also had a delicious dinner at the restaurant and a good breakfast the next day.

My room was large and sunny with a view on the Market place. The checkin was very smooth, just a key that was provided by the personnel - they were all extremely arranging and polite: I had dinner and lunch at the restaurant while working on my computer, very convenient. They also arranged for me to check out a bit later as I was on a workcall till after 11am. The value for money is great, and having tried the night before another hotel in Warwick, I enjoyed having a spotless and large bathroom with waterpressure.

Location was good, near a large Tescos and about a 20minute walk from the town centre... But we did stop to look at stuff en route so may be quicker. The entire place was spotless and comfy. Definitely would recommend.
