Fantastic location next to the Ballybunion Golf Course, directly opposite the driving range. The family run business was very friendly and available. Whilst we didn't eat dinner there, everyone was raving about the food. The breakfast was brilliant. I'd recommend the Oatmeal Porridge.

the property is outside of Ballybunion but right across the street from the gold course…our room actually overlooked it. the room was beautiful and Deidre was very kind

Overlooking the sea , the beach is just a two minute walk. Located on Sandhill Road,which is a continuation of the Main Street in Ballybunion,close to all restaurants,shops,pubs and amenities.
