Very well located boutique hotel , just in 5 min walking distance from the Rialto bridge and in 2 walking distance from Vaparetto stop. Perfect location to investigate Venice. Close there you can find a lot of local restaurants and bars. Good sound isolation in the hotel, we never heard people walking close to our room. Friendly staff, always keen on helping you. Nice interior design, typical Venetian style. Good sized room with the calm street views. Nice size of bedroom and bathroom. The modern shower with a good water exit. You could even find the anti-mosquitos liquid prepared for staying in the hotel.

Felt very safe even during the night. Room was clean and comfortable, overlooking the square. Reasonably priced and for the price I paid, the value was exceptional.
