Just 2 minutes from Newquay town centre and the beach, The Quies boasts a 4-star Silver Award for guest accommodation. We were given a room upgrade by the super-friendly owner. We had already read about how spotless the hotel is, but its no exageration. We had a lovely and vey spacious room, overlooking a church, with views over the sea and the town. There are so many good things to say about the place; there was free fruit and (very reasonably-priced - only 50p) water bottles available on the way out. There is an amazing games room and a bar if it rains. Location is a very short walk down to the town centre. I can't recommend this hotel enough.

Located within 300 metres of Porthminster Beach and 500 metres of Porthmeor Beach in St Ives, Seaforth St Ives provides accommodation with seating area. The hostess was very pleasant and accommodating. We enjoyed the room decor and double bay windows which offered wonderful views. After parking our car upon arrival, we were able to walk to all of our destinations. Thank you!

Breakfast very tasty, very friendly owners, good dinner, rooms really clean, they let us use the washing machine, which is very convenient for the hikers :)

Beautiful room with harbour view, the house with its shared living room and dining room are thoughtfully furnished. The host is extremely welcoming and friendly.

Featuring a garden and views of garden, Melorne Farm Guest House is a recently renovated bed and breakfast located in Camelford, 45 km from Newquay Train Station. A hot tub is available for guests. Lesley is taking super care of her guests. She has amazing recommendations about the places to visit, restaurants and hidden gems. She even invited me to go with her and her friend to St Nectans Glen and the Minster church. If you are more into spiritual things, she is a great source of information. She always goes an extra mile, taking care that you're always feeling well and comfortable at her place. My room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was very good. I will definitely come back.

Boasting a garden and views of quiet street, The Cottage Bed & Breakfast is a guest house set in a historic building in Polperro, 500 metres from Polpero Beach. We received a warm welcome from Maz and Simon and we were allocated a garden freestanding free standing room with ensuite. Everything was clean and spacious. Breakfast was excellent and freshly cooked. Highly recommend.

Set 26 km from Newquay Train Station, Lansdowne Simply Stay offers a garden, and accommodation with a terrace and free WiFi. It is located 28 km from St Michael's Mount and offers a shared kitchen. The rooms are simply great. The person that arrange the hotel had a great taste and feeling for what is nice and cosy. The kitchen is full blown and very good equipped. We basically cooked there our dinner. All for a great breakfast is around, only get some ground coffee if you prefer to use the french press over the UK standard instant coffee. And if you need any tips what to do, ask any of the staff. The two ladies are pretty awesome and thanks to them we visited several sites in Cornwall we would have sure missed (thanks again to Nik!).

Set in Carbis Bay and only 500 metres from Carbis Bay Beach, Borthalan House offers accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. Had an amazing stay here complemented by the wonderful owners Margaret and Martin who greeted us with the warmest welcome, they made us feel so at home and the attention to details throughout our stay was so lovely! The breakfast every morning was exceptional and some mornings we enjoyed this whilst sat outside with the most stunning view of the sea, couldn’t recommend staying here enough! We will sure be back when visiting Cornwall ☺️
