Was a bit dubious when I booked as it seemed such a cheap price... but was actually a really great place. Parking outside, big room with lovely modern bathroom and really close to the beach and cafes.

A family run business who make you feel warm and welcome from the time you book until you leave. The location is perfect as a base for exploring the local area. I feel I have to mention the very high standard of food. Its not the run of the mill bar food here. Its food fitting of a Manor house. I only wish we had stayed longer to try everything on the menu. All very reasonably priced as well. Real ale behind the bar and an open log fire. Large selection of drinks and food all day and the breakfast was spot on. Whether you are looking for a place to stay or after a meal with a proper local feel then you won't be let down if you give the Manor House a try. Well worth a visit.

Even though I only stayed for 2 nights I enjoyed my stay at Homelands. Because my flight got delayed, I couldn't arrive at the check-in hour. The owners were so kind and gave me and upgrade for a room I could easily acces when coming late. Also the food at breakfast was delicious and you could order in advance what you want so you wouldn't have to wait for it in the morning.
