WE loved it’s quaintness, being from the USA, we don’t get to experience the English hospitality and Robert showed us exceptional hospitality. He was so kind to fix us a cup of tea after a long, long flight. He was anxious to help in any way, calling a taxi for us the next morning and making sure we were up for our departing flight. Well worth the time and money to spend a short layover in London.

The room was tidy and well laid-out. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook meals and extra touches like sensor lighting in the common areas meant it was easy to make my way to my room when coming back late at night.
