Less than 3 miles from the historic centre of Canterbury, this luxury B&B enjoys a rural setting within its own oak woodland. Exceptional. The location worked well for me - a c. 10 quid taxi ride into Canterbury - had plenty of parking room. There was a forest to explore and pigs to see. It was really beautiful and peaceful! The host was wonderful and welcoming and made a fantastic full English breakfast to order in the morning (plus, there was cereal, etc.). The room was comfortable and modern and everything worked like it should! Would highly recommend.

So many thoughtful complimentary extras like water, sodas, chocolates, crisps and even pot noodles in the room. It feels like being a youngster returning home from a period away and being welcomed with all the home comforts one could wish for! The delicious breakfast was more than ample to set one up for rest of the day! Debbie is most warm, welcoming and more than happy to help wherever she can. An amazing host! Thank you.

Firstly staff were exceptional, from lady we met on our late arrival on our first night & exceptionally really nice, friendly & helpful guy that looked after us at breakfast & staff who looked after us for dinner - 10 out of 10 to them all. Our room was very comfortable & clean & very good value too
