Jimmy cooked us a top notch Scottish breakfast and all the ingredients were superb. Served swiftly and without fuss. The weather was very hot which is always a concern. We had accidentally chosen a property with outdoor covered seating which was so convenient and comfortable. The fact that the main entrance door was opposite these patio doors meant we could have a breeze through the room and didn't need the fan provided. Car parking was a few steps from the entrance to the four guest rooms - the benefit being that you never read other vehicles. The complex is close to the busy main road, so sitting outside you could hear the traffic noise, but the high quality windows meant there was zero sound indoors. The standard of bathroom fittings and facilities in the room were extremely good - for once a shower that was easy to understand! It was just a short walk to the banks of Loch Lomond and the private jetty - a lovely quiet spot.

The Clachan Inn tem um jardim, terraço, um restaurante e bar em Drymen. Very comfortable room, spacious and very clean bathroom shared among four people (two rooms). Staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel very welcome. The location is very conveniently in the centre of Drymen with a small bakery and supermarket just across the road.
