The room was bright and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful, when we asked about dining out or finding a laundromat. The full English breakfast was piping hot and delicious . There was also cereal and fruit on the side and lots of hot coffee, tea or cold beverages. We sat in the breakfast room and watched the boats go by. we also enjoyed the pub right downstairs for food and drinks.

This 17th century Grade II listed house is located in pretty village of Grassington in the Yorkshire Dales. The location, it was authentic, charming and the right size and scale. The hosts Stephen, Richard and Lynn were just the best.

Just 10 minutes' travel by bus from York Railway Station, Ascot House is a 15-minute walk from York Minster. It offers award-winning breakfasts, elegant bedrooms, free WiFi, and free parking. L'albergo è molto curato e confortevole. Il letto molto comodo e la stanza, benché piccola, era dotata di tutto il necessario e molto pulita. La struttura è molto silenziosa e abbiamo dormito molto bene. Al nostro arrivo la titolare ci ha fornito la mappa della città e indicato il percorso a piedi per arrivare in centro, che dista circa quindici minuti di cammino. La colazione cucinata era molto buona e il buffet era vario con molti prodotti dolci e salati. L'albergo è dotato di un parcheggio che quando siamo arrivati noi era completo. In ogni caso abbiamo trovato agevolmente parcheggio nelle immediate vicinanze. Di fronte c'è anche un piccolo supermercato molto utile.

Situated just 300 metres from York Minster, Minster Walk Guest House is a charming 300-year old coaching inn with free WiFi. This guesthouse was so fantastic I had to leave a bit of a longer review than i normally would. My wife and I love the city of York anyway so we were excited to be coming back. But walking in the front door of this gorgeous, quirky guesthouse we knew we were in for a treat. We have quirky and eclectic tastes anyway, and this guesthouse far exceeded our expectations. Firstly the room was lovely and comfortable, and we felt right at home. But it's the front 'lounge/chill out' area that is the best thing. It's like stepping into someone's funky lounge room, actually a bit like our place lol. The owner has such great tastes. Lot's of knick knacks everywhere, funky little corners to chill out in, books everywhere to read. We got a great Nepalese takeout from down the road, a bottle of wine, and spent the night together reading some of the books to each other laughing and having such a wonderful and relaxing time. The place is so comfortable, nooky and feels so nice. And super close to town. I would recommend this place to everyone, and we can't wait to stay there again. The staff in the morning we spoke to were super lovely too. I wanted to say to the owner and the staff thank you from my wife and I, and please don't change anything about this place. There are already so many generic boring places out there to stay in. This place's differences are what makes it so refreshing

Indicazioni per ingresso perfette. Colazione servita da uno staff gentilissimo. Posizione centrale. Rapporto qualità/prezzo ottimo. Da ritornare sicuramente e da consigliare per un soggiorno nello Yorkshire

Situated in Whitby, 500 metres from Whitby Beach and 1.8 km from Sandsend Beach, Premier house features accommodation with free WiFi in a historic building. Such a cosy welcoming place! We stayed in room 3 and were surprised by the little secret garden we had! Jane you are so welcoming and helpful. We had a generous selection of tea and coffee plus breakfast supplies which were a pleasant surprise. We had a fabulous stay thank you
