This place exceeded our expectations. We chose it based on an excellent review score, and it was even better than that. The restaurant is excellent. We arrived without reservations, so had to wait for a table; at that point in the evening we thought splitting dishes was enough food - and then were amazed at the quantity served. Compliments went to the chef for taste and presentation. Breakfast was also excellent, again from the same excellent kitchen. Our host was outstanding; very friendly and helpful without gushing or imposing, perfect balance. We were very pleased with our room, which was an upgrade to best still available at no extra charge.

Situated in Newcastle under Lyme, ISUITES is a recently renovated accommodation, 4.1 km from Trentham Gardens and 28 km from Alton Towers. Kevin was so welcoming and gave me all the information I needed. The room was large, spotlessly clean (and I'm really picky!) and it was quiet. I slept very well and felt very safe. My first time alone in a guest house instead of a large hotel. Lots of street parking available during the evening and also car park just across the road. Property is at the end of a no through street so relatively quiet.
