Beautifully decorated, thoroughly cleaned, a fabulous nights sleep and breakfast was exceptional (Compliments to the Chef!!). Daryl was very welcoming, as were the front house staff through to housekeeping. You will not be disappointed when you stay here!

Situated in Sunderland, within 1.5 km of Seaham Beach and 6.5 km of Stadium of Light, Albion Boutique Guest House features accommodation with a garden as well as free private parking for guests who drive. There is a private entrance at the aparthotel for the convenience of those who stay. The aparthotel has family rooms. Property was nice, good location for what we needed. Spacious and clean. Staff were lovely and accommodating! Loads of towels and bedding.

My hosts could not have been more friendly, helpful or accommodating. Nice spacious room, clean and comfortable. Good breakfast that was made to order. Great location, 2 minutes walk from parks, 5 minutes to the beach and 10 minutes to the centre of town. I would def book here again!

The nearest airport is Newcastle International Airport, 12 km from the accommodation. Very friendly host. The guest house is right at the exit of the A1. Perfect for a stop on our roadtrip.

Less than 10 minutes’ walk from South Shields’ beach and Ocean Beach Pleasure Park, this 3-star guest house offers free Wi-Fi access. I would definately recommend for a stay.

In a lovely location and close to Hadrian’s wall walk. Fridge well stocked and Lesley provided tasty meals which we ordered in advance. Lesley was very friendly and welcoming.
