Nice and roomy, it was just my partner and I but would comfortably accommodate a family. Quiet area and easy to park on the street. Great contact throughout from host who was very helpful and welcoming. Would definitely stay there again.

The self catering property was well appointed with large bedrooms and communal space. The property had an excellently appointed kitchen and a lovely terrace for enjoying sunny evenings. It was located very close to Durham and served as a perfect base for visiting.

Excellent communication before arriving with directions. Great location with good parking area. The house was very welcoming and had everything we needed for the stay. Nice touches with the lovely smell of the diffuser when we arrived to the selection of cereal, jam and bread for breakfast. It was nice to have seperate bathrooms with it being a family staying. I wish we could have stayed longer and made the most of the outside area which was very spacious with seating and a stunning view out to sea. We would definitely stay again.

The location is great and easy access to A1 into Newcastle. The rooms sizes were really good and nice and clean. For a family of five we fitted in nicely as there were sofa beds available. Karen was quick to reply to messages. There was visible information/instructions about the property and where things are in the house which was very helpful.
