We were in Rose cottage during the storm and had quite an eventful time there. Due to the storm there was a powercut that lasted more than 30 hours! But our landlady Lynda did all she could to make our stay agreeable. She brought us a gas stove so that we could make some tea, torches, candles, etc. She dried our clothes and shoes as she had a wood stove in her own house. We feel that if a landlady shows so much concern for her guests, she is worth a 10 and more!

Its proximity to the main street was incredibly convenient, making it easy for me to access various amenities and attractions during my stay. This convenience greatly enhanced my overall experience and contributed to the enjoyment of my visit. Furthermore, I was thoroughly impressed by the cleanliness of the house. It was evident that great care and attention to detail were put into maintaining the cleanliness of the property. Walking into a spotless environment immediately set a positive tone for my stay, and it was truly a pleasure to reside in such a well-kept space. Lastly, I want to highlight the charm and loveliness of the house itself. From its cozy ambiance to its tasteful decor, every aspect of the property exuded warmth and comfort. It felt like a home away from home, and I found myself thoroughly enjoying my time spent there.
