We had to travel over to the U.K. from the Isle of Man to take our dog Loki to Kentdale Referral’s for double knee surgery. We wanted somewhere nearby and came across this beautiful cottage. The owner (Alison) has fantastic communication and was very informative leading up to our stay. When we arrived we realised it was located on a beautiful farm, you could hear all of the animals during the daytime which was lovely, but it was very quiet at night. It is a wonderful location and nearby pubs, shops and great walks. The cottage itself is beautiful, the pictures do not do it justice. It is so cosy, homely and wonderfully decorated. Everything you could possibly need is available to you and if you need anything whatsoever, the owners are very happy to help. The wonderful eggs were a delightful touch. Lovely, friendly owners. It really is a home from home and we would highly recommend anyone stay here.

Swallow Cottage, Over Kellet er staðsett í Over Kellet og býður upp á gistirými í 43 km fjarlægð frá World of Beatrix Potter og í 12 km fjarlægð frá Dómkirkjunni í St Peter. Everything was perfect. The property is spacious and very comfortable. I didn't use the air-fryer but I'm sure for some people it would be a treat. I loved having a washer, tumble-dryer and freezer available. Totally clean. All questions answered quickly....even silly ones! Great shower. Fabulously equipped kitchen. Everything we looked for was there. Spacious parking. Easy to work TV (they aren't all!!). Good Internet. Lovely location away from any busy area. I enjoyed seeing the horses wandering by.

Cosy house er staðsett í Clitheroe á Lancashire-svæðinu í sögulega bænum Clitheroe og býður upp á verönd. Wow! This is, hands down, the best accomodation we have stayed in for the price. 3 double bedrooms, cosy lounge, kitchen/diner/reading space. We didn’t cook but everything one would need to prepare a meal and eat comfortably is there. There is even a freezer. Ideal location for us. A short walk to the castle, the numerous cafes, pubs and restaurants. There is a shop just around the corner and Sainsburys is a short walk away. The nature reserve is about 15 mins walk. Clitheroe is the ideal base for exploring this gorgeous part of England and Darryl’s place is the perfect place to stay. We highly recommend.

Lunecliffe Country lodge-Lancaster Gateway to the Lakes býður upp á gistingu í Lancaster, 36 km frá North Pier, 36 km frá Winter Gardens-ráðstefnumiðstöðinni og 37 km frá Blackpool Tower. The cabin was a home from home. Everything we could have needed. Literally the only thing we could think of adding was some form of egg timer! Wonderful size space, especially for the price. Not to mention the little touches and additional thoughts, like extea pillow, fans, the local takeaway menus and directions to eateries. We will definitely be back.
