Set within a tropical rainforest, this self-catering accommodation is located in the town of Volcano on Big Island, Hawaii. 최근에 다녔던 여행 중 최고의 숙소였습니다. 호스트도 굉장히 친절하고, 세심하게 숙소를 꾸미고 관리하신 게 느껴지더라구요. 하루 밖에 묵지 못해서 너무 아쉬울 따름이었습니다. 부모님과 함께 여행을 간 것이었는데, 부모님도 하와이에서 가장 기억에 남는 숙소였다고 했습니다. 화산공원 가실 분들은 꼭 여길 한번 와보시면 좋을 것 같아요.

Perfect location and right amount of space for us. Owner was easy to connect with and kind. Had everything we needed. You could tell they wanted guests to be comfortable, anticipated needs.

The cottage is a lovely "tiny house." It is off-grid, compact, well designed, and had everything I needed. I loved the screened in porch with a view of the ocean. It was so quiet and peaceful - I slept great there. It is off the beaten track but easy to find - a little sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle of tourism. Yet is is not far from Kealakekua, Captain Cook town, Puʻuhonua o Hōnaunau National Historical Park, and Ho`okena Beach. I enjoyed meeting and talking with Arthur, the host. I plan to stay there the next time I visit my family nearby.

It was very clean and really gave you the sense of the island. Absolutely loved, feeding the chickens babies. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone. Seeking a relaxing getaway.

We loved the home, the decor, the sound if the wildlife (frogs & birds). The owner was very helpful & clear with directions and local insights.
