Such a cozy place! Laura and Kenny were such nice, considerate hosts. I don't know about the other rooms, but Room 7 had a private bathroom and every essential commodity, they even left us fruit and snacks on our arrival. The views are gorgeous, and the tranquility of the whole atmosphere was much appreciated. We highly recommend this place if you're planning on visiting the Isle of Skye!

The house was comfortable, super clean, amazingly situated and Kim was an an awesome host! She ensured we had correct directions to the house, met us at check-in and gave us great advice for the area, and was even able to assist us throughout our stay! She definitely went above and beyond what was expected.

Located in Braes on the Isle of Skye, Balmoral Skye offers accommodation with sea views as well as mountain and garden views. The view from the property was beautiful and the room was very cozy. The hosts were also very welcoming and helpful, and prepared a nice small breakfast for us during our stay!

Everything - the room and bathroom has been beautifully updated, the decor was amazing w/ fun little details everywhere. The artwork in the room w/ colorful prints reflecting the Scottish Highlands was incredible. Gavin was a wonderful host - was so welcoming and genuinely interested in getting to known us, how our trip had been and what we still had planned to do. Gave us some great insight and recommendations about things to do, places to see on Skye etc. Really enjoyed the drive he recommended to Skye Museum of Island of Life and will definitely have to make it back to go over to Dunvegan Castle, Coral Beach and Neist Point. Didn’t have enough daylight to get everything in but very much enjoyed our time in Skye, wish it could have been longer and will defiantly come back to Ballintoy B&B.

The place was absolutely lovely! The rooms were big and clean and the service was first class. Also a huge bonus for the breakfast, which was excellent. By far our best stay in Scotland.

Exceptional family-owned accommodation, with the attention to detail. We loved every minute of our stay here and would like to thank Murdo and Alison for their hospitality, and Scott for the exceptional cuisine - we had a great dinner experience compared to a Michelin-starred restaurant. Next time when we are back to Portree there is no question for us where to stay :)

Set 13 km from Portree, just 41 km from Talisker Distillery, Seal Cottage offers beachfront accommodation with a garden, a private beach area, a terrace and free WiFi. It was a beautiful spot near the beach. The owner left cereal, milk, and other amenities for breakfast. There was also nice little touches from the owner in the cottage that made it feel homey. The bed was comfortable. Would stay here again.

Carters Rest Guesthouse in Milovaig provides adults-only accommodation with a garden and a shared lounge with large sofas and a fireplace. The Isle of Skye is a breathtaking place to visit and Carter's Rest was the perfect place to stay in. We spent two nights there and had a wonderful time. The house is beautiful, the location stunning, and to top it all off, the hosts, Simone and Jonathan are very warm, welcoming and cook delicious food!

We had a loch view room (a generous & thoughtful upgrade from the hosts) that slept two people comfortably. The common area was cozy and tidy. The breakfasts were great and we appreciated a full meal before setting out for the day to explore the beautiful Isle of Skye. Convenient location, less than ten minutes into Portree. Easy self check in process. Just like the pictures. The hosts are kind and helpful.
