The property was in a great location and close to cheap parking
The propety was beautifully decorated and it was incredibly clean and tidy. It also felt very safe and in a great location. The hosts were very friendly and helpful and were always more than happy to help. The full English breakfast cooked was absolutely delicious. This is a must stay - Guest house. I will be returning.
Great location, felt very safe as LGBT+ traveler
It's in a great location. The people who work there are friendly, helpful and ever so kind. I felt really welcomed and safe there.
Cheap , clean and great location
It was in need of renovation more like a hostel than hotel, but it was cheap everything worked and bedding was clean. Great location for after a night out.
This is a youth hostel, it is cheap, and it is good enough for a short stay. It is old and needs refurbishment. I'd probably enjoy it more if I would still be a student and 15 years younger. It can be fun!
Breakfast was like a youth hostel, supposed to be continental but that's not what I would call it, nowhere to sit unless you got there first, fruit either apple or banana, fruit juice no choice only cheap carton orange.
I have never stayed at a Youth Hostel before but have heard how good they are so thought it would make a good option for the one night I was in the area. I like the idea of self catering on a longer stay and the benefit of more common areas than a B&B. The room was a good size, with two bunk beds which were Ok, nice bedding & good to have a sink in the room. Well heated and with an open/close window. Good shower room with basics, all nice & clean. Excellent freshly cooked breakfast.
