Elegant modern one bedroom apartment with solid wood floors and underfloor heating throughout perfectly situated just off the main high street in Mold town center, within a short walking distance is the amazing El Tomate Tapas and Just Steak restaurant and Alexanders coffee shop serving an excellent breakfast. The apartment is fully fully equipped for a long weekend or a week of business, it comprises of a double bedroom leading into an on-suite finished to a high standard, the front room is spacious and has a sofa, dinning table and flat screen TV, the kitchen is also finished to a high standard and has everything you need. The apartment can accommodate 4 people, 2 in the on-suite bedroom and 2 in the front room however the apartment is compact so looking at the pictures is essential before booking.
My name is Gareth Lloyd-Wilson, I run a rail projects company and co own with my wife a children's day Nursery which keeps us on our toes! I'm 36 soon to be 37 years old and have a 5 year old daughter, we love family time and anything outdoors ;-)
The neighborhood is quiet event though your just off the high street however the apartment is in a block of other units so you may hear the odd noise from other apartments.
