The Loft is a brand new third (top) floor apartment in the completely renovated boutique development of Bootham House. Ideally located just outside Bootham Bar, The Loft is beautifully furnished and individually styled to an extremely high standard. The master bedroom has a 6ft superking size bed and includes an ensuite bathroom and dressing area. The second bedroom has 2 single beds (which can be zip linked to make a 6ft superking - on request) with jack and jill style bathroom to the hallway. Both bathrooms have walk in showers, underfloor heating and sensor lighting. The kitchen is fully equipped with AEG appliances and nespresso coffee machine. There is a secure allocated parking space with EV charger which is available from 4pm on arrival day to 10am on departure day.
We are ideally located just a few minutes walk from York Minster, York Art Gallery and award winning Michelin restaurant Roots.
