CovStays Ltd are a small, fast-growing company based in Victoria House in Coventry City Centre where we have 23 studio apartments. We also have 12 more studio apartments at New House which is located at the rear of Victoria House. We have been in business for 2.5 years. We operate short-stay, luxury, serviced accommodation via studios, through 3-bed apartments, to 8-bed houses - all in Coventry City Centre. We pride ourselves by being able to offer a better alternative to the standard hotel and B&B - and delighting our guests who have come from all areas of the world - be in for leisure or business, or contractors or parents settling in their children at university. The owner, Bimal, has over 20 years of experience as a Property Developer and Landlord providing property rentals for students and professionals. Our Hospitality Manager, Dani, has 14 years of experience managing a 30-room hotel in Santorini.

Lovely, modern, comfortable, first-floor, open-plan,1-bed apartment with your own private front door accessed via a black gate at the rear of the property on Alma Street (gate is marked 32A Lower Ford Street). The apartment houses a bedroom with a hotel-style, zip-link super king bed which can be split into 2 single beds as required. In addition there is a wardrobe, chest of drawers, long mirror, dressing table, bedside units. In the lounge there is a wall-mounted, flat-screen TV with Netflix, Prime Video and other streaming services. There is a sofabed that easily converts into a double bed. A dining table and 4 chairs have been provided for you to enjoy meals with your friends and family. There is a spacious, fully-equipped kitchen area with fridge, ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, 4-slice toaster, kettle, washer/dryer & part-tiled bathroom with a white suite. There is a bath with an electric shower over. Warm-white LED downlighters have been fitted throughout and complemented by mood lighting. The apartment has carpet throughout. Heating is provided via electric storage heaters which can be controlled by the guest

The apartment is conveniently located just 5 mins walk to Sainsburys, city centre shops, bars, restaurants, and coffee shops. Coventry University and the Main Bus Station are also located only a few minutes' walk away. The newsagent/off licence is located just 2 mins walk away where there is also an ATM. The main train station is located about 20 minutes walk away
