Gerycastell Luxury Apartment at Dryslwyn Castle is now back open after being closed for 12 months to care for an elderly relative. We are now open all year round and continue to follow a rigorous cleaning protocol developed with leading health & hospitality experts. As the owners living in the bungalow below, we have a separate entrance so will not be in contact with you or the apartment, we are obviously only a telephone call away should you need us. The apartment has two large bedrooms. A master with king size bed and a twin room which can either be set up as two single beds or a Super King-sized bed for couples. We also have a very large off-road private parking area suitable for commercial vehicles with CCTV monitoring. EV Charging Point for guests to use at 35p per KWH. The bathroom has a bath with an overhead shower, basin, toilet, heated towel radiator & mirror with a light/demister. A fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, kettle & toaster. We also have Netflix on the lounge TV and Master bedroom.

Nestled below Dryslwyn Castle on the river Towy, Gerycastell is a luxury spacious first floor two bedroom apartment with stunning views out over the Towy Valley. It has off road parking for up to 6 vehicles. Wi-Fi, outdoor children's play area and glass balcony where you can sit and enjoy a cup of tea as the sun rises or G&T in the evening and watch the Red Kites in the sky. The apartments location is ideal as it is only 7 miles from the edge of the Brecon Beacon National Park and 18 miles away from the golden sands of Llansteffan beach. Within 6 miles of the property are some amazing walks, castles and gardens to visit. We are also only 18 miles away from the Temples at Skanda Vale, Llanpumsaint. My wife and I built this property in 2019, we fell in love with the area back in 2015 whilst visiting on a spring break. The views, the countryside, the beaches, we are so lucky to live in a very beautiful part of Wales and now we are able to share this with you.

Dryslwyn Castle, Paxton Tower, Aberglasney Gardens, Dinefwr Castle & Newton House, The National Botanical Garden of Wales, Cerreg Cennen Castle, Dolaucothi Gold Mines & Llyn Llech Owain Country Park. The nearest town, Llandeilo 6.5 miles away, is a busy market town with numerous small independent shops. Carmarthen, 11 miles away, claims to be the oldest town in Wales!
