Spacious nautical & traditional 1 bed apartment with wood floor Lounge & separate Dining Room. Sleeps comfortably up to four people (inc 1 double bed settee). Private parking & secluded courtyard with garden furniture, BBQ plus decking area with harbour views. Central heating, washing machine, tumble drier,fully equipped kitchen & bathroom. We offer an idyllic bolthole to explore Brixham & its beaches, attractions, & history.
We have lived in beautiful Brixham for 25 years now , and we are a 5 minute walk away if needed although there is a self check in procedure which gives flexibility on arrival times. We love being hosts & love to make people feel at home & welcome.This is now our second year & we have many returning guests :) We pride ourselves on attention to detail & want our guests to feel happy & relaxed & enjoy the tranquility of beautiful Brixham & all its history. Property is located in the popular harbour bowl area of Brixham with views of the harbour & private parking, an added bonus this close to the harbour. Brixhams pretty historic harbour with its attractions, bars, & restaurants are a very short walk from “Harbour Views” front door. The Harbourside gives you many eclectic restaurants & cocktail bars or take a 10 minute walk to Breakwater Beach & Cafe, lovely to experience while taking in the sea air. Children (and adults!) can go crabbing too :) Don’t miss the opportunity to walk up the gangplank onto Drakes Golden Hind- a full size Pirate Ship in the centre of the harbour! Perfect for Brixhams world famous Pirate Week! Don’t miss a chance to treat yourself to freshly caught fish direct from Brixhams Fish Market, or sometimes sold straight off the boat! If you feel like chilling out or kicking back try a Cocktail in Liberty’s-or The Mermaid, highly recommended! No visit to Brixham is complete without delicious portion of its famous Fish & Chips, you’ll be spoilt for choice there are so many including Simply Fish & the renowned Rockfish. For a superb Breakfast or Lunch try the "Curious Kitchen " exceptional local fare served in a wonderfully chilled atmosphere. Or sit out right by the harbour and enjoy breakfast there at one of the fantastic eateries. For exceptional coffee try "The Bay Coffee Company" The iconic Berry Head Country Park & Sandy beaches are a little further on.
