NO.18 is set in a quite cul-de-sac with a front garden and large driveway, able to take 3 cars comfortably. The back garden is fully walled and private with a patio. We have the Nidd Valley on our doorstep so plenty of walking and cycling to be enjoyed. A golf course is within walking distance. The Starbeck train station, which goes through to Harrogate centre or to York station, is within walking distance or by car about 5 minutes. Knaresborough is nearby and this is an interesting area to experience. The kitchen, dining room and lounge are a shared area with the host.
My husband and I have a passion for outdoors and cycling is our way of seeing the countryside to enjoy. With places like Brimham Rocks, Pateley Bridge, Studley Park and York to name a few all within a few miles from the property the outdoors are very attractive. We both grew up in South Africa and have been living in the UK for 17 years and enjoy meeting people. We ran a BnB in South Africa and met some lovely families from all over the world.
Knaresborough viaduct is 1.1 miles from NO.18 doorstep, the castle and station is 1.2 miles away. Great attraction visited by many people. The centre of Harrogate is 1.8 miles away where you can find undercover parking or pay and display/ disc parking. Valley Gardens is 2.3 miles and Rudding Park is 2.0 miles away just to name some close by.
