The Boardroom is set up with a King Sized 5 foot bed and a half kitchen which is ideal for preparing breakfast and snacks. It has a microwave with a grill facility, a kettle and toaster and a full size fridge with a small freezer compartment. There is a Smart TV in the apartment, please note it only offers Amazon Prime Video, Netflix, BBC iplayer, YouTube, ITV ect (THERE IS NO DIGITAL TV) we hope this doesn't put you of, as you can still access loads of movies, box sets, the news via the apps on TV. The bbq area & decking outside your apartment equipped with a table and chairs is for your use only. In addition, to the left of the driveway is a decking area equipped with wooden seating for all guests to use and this over looks the beach and is a lovely sunny spot to relax in. There are an array of fantastic sea and beachfront restaurants within a short distance and a host of takeaways if you want to stay in, or set up on the beach and enjoy the view while you eat. (Please note there is no cooker at The Boardroom and it is not set up for cooking substantial meals.) A gas barbeque is available for your stay at an additional cost and can be pre booked with Russell. A saucepan and frying pan are available for BBQ use if you want to cook up an al fresco feast. Kayak hire is available on site and can be pre booked with Russell at an hourly or half or full day rate. Please note for guests staying more than a week, a weekly additional cleaning charge is applied and a weekly service with bedding change and cleaning will be mandatory. This is to ensure that your stay is not only comfortable but The Boardroom is kept clean and fully maintained. **Early check in and late check outs can be arranged with Amber please message her when booking to arrange if needed.

This is a quiet neighbour hood. We expect guests to be quiet between 10pm and 9am and no loud music, parties or over two guests staying is tolarated. If these rules are broken you will be ask to leave the premises immediately and no refund will be given.
